Are there long-term contracts?
No. All plans are month-to-month. We believe you should stay because ODpal works for your practice, not because of a contract.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. There's no setup or onboarding fee. Account configuration, EHR integration, staff training, and launch support are all included.
How is pricing determined?
ODpal Local is a flat monthly fee based on the tier you choose. Care and Grow are priced based on your active patient base, the number of patients your practice has seen in the last 18 months. We'll walk you through the details during your demo.
Can I start with one product and add more later?
Absolutely. Most practices start with Local to get their online presence right, then add Care once they're ready to modernize patient communication. Grow comes naturally after that.
Can I use ODpal Local without Care or Grow?
Yes. ODpal Local is billed independently and works as a standalone product. It's a great starting point if your practice needs a better website and local presence.
What counts as an active patient?
An active patient is anyone your practice has seen in the last 18 months. This determines your Care and Grow pricing band. Multi-location practices pool their patients into a single count, so you're never penalized for how your practice is organized.
What about HIPAA compliance and data security?
ODpal is built for healthcare from the ground up. All patient communication flows through our secure message center with end-to-end encryption, BAA agreements, and full HIPAA compliance.
What if I'm switching from another platform?
Our onboarding team handles the migration. We'll work with your current vendor to transfer data, set up your workflows, and train your staff so there's minimal disruption to your practice.
Is MyVisionPal included or is it extra?
MyVisionPal, the patient-facing mobile app and web portal, is included with every ODpal Care subscription at no additional cost. Your patients get a branded experience; you don't get an extra bill.
